NCT Preparation – Ennis

The National Car Test (NCT) is a check carried out on private cars under ten years old, every two years, or every year for older cars, to assess your car’s visible and accessible components for roadworthiness.

The test is not meant to take the place of an owner’s responsibility for ensuring their car is in a roadworthy condition at all times, nor is it a substitute for essential routine maintenance that should be carried out. Any defects found on an NCT must be repaired and the car must pass a re-test before the owner can be issued with an NCT Certificate.

Martin Daly Autos is experienced at carrying out pre-NCT inspections on most makes of cars, and we advise customers whether the car is sufficiently roadworthy to ensure it passes the test. The technicians at our workshop in Ennis are knowledgeable about dealing with each aspect of the test to give you complete peace of mind. You can be confident that Martin Daly Autos is the most reliable and trustworthy garage to visit to prepare for your NCT.
